Genuinely disappointing experience

点评：I don't get massages often because of how they expensive they can be, but I got anyways and I really wasn't satisfied with what I got. To start, I booked my appointement online day of for a 1h massage, and 10 minutes later, I receive a call from them asking if I could come in earlier. I told them no since I have a prior engagement (hence why I booked my appointment at the time I did), but they kept insisiting I should come in earlier. I manage to show up 40 mins early, and once greeted at the cash, I was asked to pay in advance which is fine but kind of weird. I asked why they needed me to come in early, and the receptionist essentially told me that they wanted to close up early since their last client would end at 7:30, despite them closing at 8.
I don't think it's right to offer a service within business hours, hold time slots for said service, then ask the client to inconvenience themselves to come in early (despite having booked for a specific time slot!) just because the staff wants to leave.
As for the massage, the masseuse was kind initially, but as the session went on, I felt an increasing sense of annoyance and strictness in her tone. I booked a swedish massage, but the masseuse decided to finish off the session with her basically just scratching my scalp repeatedly, WITH HER OIL COVERED HANDS. Is this common practice? I can't imagine so, but I ended up leaving the spa with the greasiest hair and I'm genuinely just sad.

我很失望，因为费用太高，我很少预约。我不会再来了。我强烈建议大家在来这里之前先看看其他地方。
