点评：Flew with Jet2 for the first time, wont be our last! The staff at Manchester were so good helping us to get to the right place and were very friendly. Good number of staff around. Information about the flight was good. Planes were clean, we pre booked bags, seats, food. no issues with any, the food was actually really nice and a great cup of tea!. The crew were lovely and information from the Captain was good. The landing in Italy was a little bumpy. Coming back the flight was delayed as the plane had an issue in Manchester so we were on an Airbus 320. seats and meals were matched which was great!
Only down side was the wait at Naples airport coming home, we stood for about 1/2 an hour outside, the check in desk was quite a walk from the departure lounge, then struggled to find a seat inside the airport. We were called to the gate despite the plane being delayed, no seating, crammed in a small area, stood up for 2 hours. Information was scant whilst we were waiting.
