Terrible customer service at Driving range

点评：During the week I bought a driving range card and loaded £50 onto it. I returned Tuesday evening to be told the card wouldn’t work and that I would need to buy a new range token. I explained that I had just driven 35 minutes to get to the range and didn’t have any money on me, just my golf clubs and range card. The girl told me I either bought a new token or couldn’t use the range. I explained again that I had no money but a range card to the value of £50. I asked if she could print me out a token and just deduct it from my card’ perhaps a complimentary token as ‘there’ machine wasn’t working. I was point blank told no. So packed up my clubs and drove home.
I run and business and this is terrible customer service! We’re talking about 40 driving range balls! I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a local driving range try Woodcote park’ Surrey downs or world of golf new Malden. Somewhere that has reasonable staff with more than a peanut for a brain!
