点评:When me and my partner first walking in we got a drink then asked, what we thought was a nice lady (Ann) to show us the way to the elevated seating area. She was quite accommodating. Until me and my partner started talking to a regular. The conversation went on for round an hour until she then approached us in an aggressive manner telling us we couldn’t talk to her regulars and then proceeded to get the bouncers to kick us out. Me partner then tried to have a conversation with her to see what the problem was and all she could say is that he’s a regular that is ‘vulnerable’! I never once asked him to purchase anything for us, it was genuinely just two strangers meeting in a pub and having a genuine conversation about life. I think the way that she approached the manner was totally out of order and non of us including the regular was too pleased about it. I find this highly inappropriate and offensive as there was no true issue. When we later tried to resolve the issue we where, cast aside as if our opinion and word didn’t matter all they said what’s the way we approached it was aggressive, yet we didn’t start the altercation. The lady named Ann that claimed she was the “boss” had no right or merely any authorisation to approach the situation as she did…highly unprofessional and embarrassing for her.
