点评：Excellent Arctic Boat Tour to Borebreen and Borebukta
During the last week of May 2026, I joined the Skipper’s Choice boat tour from Longyearbyen, travelling north towards Borebukta and the impressive Borebreen Glacier. The scenery was spectacular, but what truly made the experience stand out was the quality of the tour operator and crew.
Before arriving in Svalbard, my flight was cancelled, disrupting my itinerary. The tour operator was exceptionally understanding and flexible, helping me adjust my booking without any difficulty. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
The crew's knowledge of Svalbard, its wildlife, glaciers, and local conditions was outstanding. They were always willing to answer questions and share interesting information throughout the journey. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm added greatly to the overall experience.
Safety was clearly taken seriously. The skipper continuously assessed conditions and ensured that the trip was conducted responsibly and professionally. At the same time, the crew worked hard to maximise wildlife viewing opportunities. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to observe walrus, seals, and several species of Arctic birds.
Another aspect worth mentioning is their punctuality and organisation. Everything ran smoothly and according to schedule.
Overall, this was an excellent Arctic excursion and one of the most memorable experiences of my visit to Svalbard. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the spectacular fjords and glaciers north of Longyearbyen.
