点评：We went as a family with our 2 children (8 & 5) our 8 year old had autism and sensory difficulties so has an access pass which has a +1 for an essential companion. He loves rides but he doesn't always understand what's being asked of him if said too fast, quiet or too many words so someone with him is required. When buying the tickets I showed his access card and asked for a carer wristband which every place I've ever been to has acknowledged and either lets a carer in for free or a discounted price. The man was so rude, he just said we don't do carers. I explained he has the card and showed him to which he grunted. I asked to see their policy on disabilities in line with the equality act 2010 and he just said we don't have one. Then asked who was in charge and he said he was. He was so arrogant, had no compassion or care. My 8 year old became upset saying he wasn't being accepted for having a disability. We had to then purchase a wrist band for one of us to go on with him.
Outside it shows the height restrictions for the rides so it looked like by 5 year old could go on by himself but when you get to the rides (even the baby ones) is says under 1.2 must be accompanied by an adult or someone over 14. This wasn't made clear when purchasing wrist bands. There were other families also in the same situation. So again we had to buy another full price wrist band. The whole place is a total joke. Staff are miserable, don't smile or interact with the children. I wouldn't return and if you have a neurodiverse child DON'T take them, this place is not inclusive and I've now got a very disheartened child.
