Wood's High Mountain Distillery的点评
点评：First, the product is good. They have a nice range of products and a great selection of cocktails that showcase their whiskey, gin and vodka. Something for every taste. I personally wasn't a great fan of their whiskey, but their gin is fantastic. Personal taste...don't let that stop you from trying it all.
The reason for the three star review is the service. There are recent reviews mentioning a very rude bartender. She was there on our visit but not working. She was at the bar and a young lady who was apparently new was working the bar. She made a couple of mistakes with our orders and the off duty bartender was very short with her, and us for some reason. I tried to laugh it off and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me,,,just made another snide remark at the bartender. Not a great way to train a new employee.
We returned a couple of days later to pick up a couple of bottles of their gin and this person was behind the bar. She wasn't rude but she certainly wasn't friendly either. I don't know what this person's role is at the distillery, but if there's something she can do other than customer service I think that would be a good move. It's clear she doesn't enjoy it and I can corroborate the previous reviews that mention her behavior. There's no question who they're talking about. With friendly and attentive service this would be a five star review.
