点评：We were really disappointed in our experience with Paddling Michigan. The first day, we were told we were being switched to another kayak tour than the one we paid for because of high waves without options of refunds/credits. Other companies were going out, and the tour we wanted was on the same body of water. After voicing that wasn't an option, they moved us to a different day. Our guide was overturned by another kayak accidently shortly after getting on the water. She pouted away from the group the next hour instead of communicating/paddling to keep together, educate, or instruct. She turned us around less than 2 hrs into a 6 hr trip claiming the waves were getting worse on a beautiful day. The other group stayed out and another group went out after our return. Paddleboarders were out on the water; we were in tandem sea kayaks doing fine, and they still cut our trip short by more than half the time which was mostly the bus ride there and back and gearing up They agreed to a refund but only refunded $78 of a $391paid 10 days later. Paying camping fees for additional days to not receive what we paid for was also disappointing. We didn't see any of the coves, caves, arches, waterfalls, or sunset that we paid to see. Extremely disappointing for a long-awaited bucket list item.
