Unsafe, not child proofed and rude staff

点评：This place is not sufficiently child proofed and older staff members are cliquey and rude!
I was at my table watching my 4 and 2 year old at the ride on machine which was located next to the party room. Within seconds they ran into the party room which was not in use but the door was open and the lights were on. I went in whilst 6 months pregnant to get them out. By the time I got into the party room they both had an un-inflated balloon in their mouths trying to blow them up. There were 100s of balloons in this bag and as these ones were now coated in toddler saliva I figured there was no point returning them but I got them out the room. There was no way to actually shut the door - it just pushed open.
Subsequently I noticed an older female member of staff looking over at my table, whilst my boys are playing with their balloons, and talking about us with her fellow colleagues. This continued for about 10 mins until an older man (manager I suspect) came over and abruptly told us this was for the party room, watch your kids bla bla bla.
The door to the party room was in no way secure or could prevent a child from going in there. Neither was the kitchen as several times I had to stop my 2 year old from going in - a great risk to burn injuries or access to foods which he could be allergic to.
If you don’t want kids going into certain rooms then install child locks. I returned the balloons upon leaving and will not be back!
