POOR SECURITY FOR YOUR ITEMS

点评：The whole experience was okay. I came with my Mom, who is a PWD, and she was able to enjoy the warm pool. My parents and siblings generally enjoyed the water pressure and relative cleanliness of the facilities.
BUT if you are going there with many important items, I highly suggest that you please stash them in a safe place. I am very very meticulous with my things especially my wedding ring so I am very sure that I have them in a place I can easily access, but they were gone. I was sure that my things were locked in and that each item was in a place that I can quickly check.
When I came back after my dip in the pool, I saw the staff going around and opening lockers. The lockers to secure your items are not protected with CCTV, and staff or anyone with a key to the lockers can open them. I found it sketchy that staff openly walk around opening lockers in the locker area, but didn't bring it up since maybe that was their protocol or something.
I came back for another round in the pool and when I was ready to go, my wedding ring was nowhere to be found. I took a while looking for it and even asked the staff if someone had returned it, but they did not even provide assistance to check.
SO THIS IS A WARNING. It is a very nice place but please don't trust the staff to protect your belongings for you. There is no CCTV since the lockers are also in the changing area and so there can be no proof that anyone other than you opened your locker.
