COMMENDATION: Ace Hotel & Suites Staff

点评：We had a very enjoyable stay from 16 to 18 Aug 2025 at Ace Hotel and Suites. I celebrated my birthday and invited my sister's family to stay with us. As requested, we were assigned to 2 adjoining de luxe corner rooms. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We purchased 2 gold cards and have used all the perks that goes with it. Buffet breakfast is very good, Service of all staff are excellent except for 1 front desk staff who needs more training in customer relations.
I would like to commend the following staff:
1. Alli, Reservations Agent, is excellent in customer service. She is very helpful and responds to all my queries on time. She knows the services of the hotel very well.
2. U-la, is a very good team leader. She know how to handle the staff very well. When I complained about the service of 1 staff, she handled it very well.
3. Che, housekeepng has provided us with all our request and on time.
4. The guards are very helpful and courteous.
5. The manager of Ace International Buffet is very helpful and make sure the clients are served well. Complaints are urgently acted upon.
