点评：The sales team will promise you anything to get you to sign a contract. Make sure all promises are in writing. Once you sign a contract there is no incentive for them to respond to your calls, emails, or texts. They have moved on to their next victim.
Instead of being excited about our new home I am disgusted with the lack of progress, incompetency, mistakes, and no urgency to get anything done. Citrus Hills Construction is a circus run by a bunch of incompetent clowns. Permitting delays caused by submitting plans for the wrong model home are down played as minor mistake. When asked how could this happen, everything was clearly written in the contract, “The engineers don’t read the contract”. If your looking for a home builder, my advice is to look elsewhere, get every single detail in writing, any verbal promises are just hearsay, get everything in writing.
