点评:Nice soroundings in a beautiful afternoon. Charles was informative and interesting but we felt he cut us short. He told nothing of production, there was no guidance arond the wine yard. Charles just served three different wines. He told a litle about ech wine and the food served with it. The white wine was served whith two diffrerent minor slises of goat cheese. The wine was rather acid. Then the mixed red and white wine was served, served with a little peace of mackerel in olive oil. They complemented each other nicely, but one teaspoon of mackerelto go with a glass of whine?. The red whine was then served with a litle bowl ratatouille chered for five persons. After the serving Charles disappeared. We were left alone. There was no story of the winery, no story of his hostel and no telling of his shop and what could b bought there. We therefore found the arrangement was overpriced.
