Beautiful English Style Garden With Cat Staff in the Mountains

点评：Lovely café and garden famous for its "cat staff"!
I enjoyed walking around the garden, petting the cats, and relaxing at the café. I'd recommend coming here if you'd like something relaxing to do in the Kimitsu area.
There is indoor and outdoor seating for the café. It offers tea, scones, and some other items like spaghetti.
There is a Japanese only website (dreaming-place-garden) that also links to their Instagram.
Costs a few hundred yen to get in depending on the season with free parking (there's no public transport and it's in the mountains so you will need to go by car). Is closed from the end of December to early March. No dogs allowed.
(unfortunately, the review I previously wrote seems to not have been accepted by TripAdvisor due to how many pictures I added and the other one I wrote was deleted so I wasn't able to write as many details this time)
