点评：Formula Renault
The track is very short 3/4 mile, not long enough to get out of 3rd gear.
Not enough emphasis on narrow footwear, I thought my shoes were narrow, but no, had to drive in my socks. Changing gear and braking was like standing on Lego! I paid for an extra 6 laps. But was brought in after the initial 6. Oops sorry, went out again. Don't expect the thrill of high speed driving. The track isn't long enough and after 12 laps, I was just beginning to come to terms with the sequential gear box, and cornering ability. The video was corrupted, so I got a £20 refund ( to my son's credit card, I paid in cash!)
All the extra expenses were listed, so I can't complain about hidden extras.
Was it worth it as a Christmas present? Yes, though I would have been disappointed had I paid for it all myself. Would I go again? No. Would I encourage anyone else to go for the experience? Yes, but keep your expectations VERY low.
