We arrived at 12:00 sharp—and the place was completely closed, with a sign on the door saying they’d be back at 12:30. Frustrating, but we decided to wait.
At 12:45, three employees finally showed up, casually strolling in with sodas, saying they were at a company lunch. My husband let them know we’d been waiting 45 minutes, and instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, the guy became immediately confrontational. When we tried to explain that someone had approved our 12:00 reservation, he repeatedly said, “We don’t do 12:00 reservations,” over and over, as if we were lying or mistaken. No accountability, no attempt to make it right—just blame and attitude. No effort at all to smooth things over or take responsibility. Honestly, the worst customer service we’ve experienced on our trip.
We ended up walking away—and thankfully, we hadn’t paid anything upfront. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We ended up renting from inside the National Park and had a great experience.
