A Disappointing Wedding Experience at Vision-Hainault Forest

点评：We were incredibly excited to celebrate our wedding at Vision-Hainault Forest, but unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. From the beginning, we encountered numerous issues that significantly added to our stress.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the constant changes and inconsistencies in the venue's offerings. We were initially promised a kitchen facility, but upon arrival, we found it to be an empty space. Despite being initially included in the package, we were then charged extra for its use. Additionally, there were several back-and-forth discussions regarding catering services and other amenities, causing unnecessary confusion and anxiety.
To make matters worse, just a week before our wedding, we were informed that the venue could only accommodate 8 tables instead of the 10 we had planned for. Despite providing evidence of the previous confirmation, we were forced to compromise and hire additional staff to accommodate our guests.
While we understand that things can sometimes go wrong, the level of inconsistency and lack of communication we experienced was truly disappointing. We hope that future couples considering Vision-Hainault Forest will be aware of these potential issues and take necessary precautions to avoid similar frustrations.
