Horrible train driver!!

点评：Absolutely disgraceful experience. We waited in the queue for over half an hour for the train with four adults and three young children. While I waited in line, the other adults looked after the children, as expecting children aged 3 and under to stand still in a queue for over 30 minutes is simply unrealistic.
When it was finally our turn, a group behind us attempted to cut the queue. Instead of addressing the people trying to push in, the train driver immediately accused me of lying when my family joined me at the front. Despite explaining multiple times that I had been waiting in the queue the entire time, he refused to listen and ordered us to go to the back of the line.
The most frustrating part is that the driver himself said there were cameras. We asked him to check them, as they would clearly prove that I had been queuing all along, but he refused. Rather than investigate the situation fairly, he made assumptions and treated us as though we were being dishonest.
There was a family in front of me who actually confirmed I was I. The queue behind them and yet the driver did not even acknowledge their claim and refused to listen to us.
This was incredibly unfair, embarrassing, and upsetting. My children had been looking forward to the train all day and ended up leaving in tears. No family should be treated this way.
This experience completely ruined our visit and has left me with no desire to return to the park or use the train again. Basic customer service and respect cost nothing, and sadly neither was shown to us that day.
