点评：My husband was booked in for a days photography experience at the Wildlife centre, having looked at the website I thought I'd probably have plenty to keep me occupied for the day and if not I'd go off and return later to collect him.
We both had a fantastic day: he thoroughly enjoyed the photography and took several hundred photos. It was a 60th birthday present, and such a good idea for anyone interested in birds of prey and photography.
I enjoyed looking around the huge garden centre, the well- stocked farm shop and all the pop -up retail units, and bought quite a few things too! The grounds are quite extensive and it was nice to wander around. In between I had coffee and read my book, and had lunch too.
All the staff I came in contact with were very pleasant and friendly. My only slight grumble was that the queues and waiting time at lunchtime were very long - in view of the fact that it was half-term and there was a PYO pumpkin event I was surprised they were not better prepared.
A great day out though and if we're in the area again we'd go back.
