Novotel Swan Valley Vines Golf Course的点评
点评：I took my kids for a staycation at the Novotel. It was mostly fun and clean but overall pretty average.
The biggest disappointment was that every time you see this place advertised they say that there is mini golf available. The mini golf was ridiculously overpriced at $40 for 1 adult and 2 young kids. Also it was poorly maintained with duck poo clogging up the water way through the mini golf course. There were holders for the sticks to get balls out but no sticks.
The girl working at the course could not be any less interested in anything anyone was doing and I am not sure why she was there except to ensure we all paid way too much. It was very unsanitary and not even interesting for the kids.
Breakfast was a little lacklustre except the staff were helpful. I do understand them not having much food out to reduce wastage but we had to ask for everything including plates, cups and cutlery, as well as some actual food.
The staff for our whole stay were very pleasant, there just was not many of them, which seems the norm in hospitality now.
I would go back again but would definitely not pay for the mini golf again.
