点评：Ragdale Hall is outstanding in every way.
This is probably my sixth visit over many years and it’s even better now than proceeding years.
The most amazing feature is the staff, every member of staff that I have spoken to or heard have been so polite, kind, and professional. They are all smiling and happy in their work.
The food is out of this world, I looked forward to every meal, especially breakfast in bed. The food is hot made with good quality produce and varied each day.
The treatments are stupendous , expensive but very worth it. Each of the beauticians went out of their way to make me feel important and pampered.
I am in room 83 and it’s very very clean very very comfortable and furnished to a high standard.
I will keep coming back to this place as often as I can, even though I now live 3 1/2 hours away

I would like to mention Edward in the restaurant he is just so lovely! Makes an effort to chat to you and it’s so attentive.
I would like to mention Olivia who gave me my first massage, such a caring girl very clearly spoken and very caring.
The retreat is my favourite Room and I spent quite a lot of my visit in there, all I will say is you need to remove some of the armchairs and put more chairs that you can lie flat on. The beige wicker chair is very uncomfortable and very slippery and I watched people sit on it then quickly get off it because it’s so uncomfortable.. it also gets very busy in this room so maybe you should consider a retreat 2.
