点评：June '26. We made the mistake of parking in Westward Ho! for Westward Ho! Beach. If you have a dog this means walking a mile from the town centre through a parking area behind a large pebble ridge to where dogs are allowed. There is then a bridge across the pebbles where the lifeguard hut is. Except there isn't as its being replaced so it's another half a mile on to the Visitor Centre and then on through the sand dunes / golf course to the beach - where there is no path / bridge on to the beach. If you're fine clambering over very large pebbles up to a foot across I guess that's fine but really, a 1.5 mile walk from the town centre to be presented with a beach you can't access isn't a great experience. It's like the authority don't care about those who are less able. Lovely beach though, hope they can sort out the bridge quickly..
