点评：Meglomaniac has 5 star staff, a 5 star view, a 4 star menu and unfortunately 1 star management team.
I have dined there on more than one occasion. It has always been a pleasant experience. When the staff at my job were brainstorming for a retirement gift for a colleague, I immediately suggested Meglomaniac. It was a 40 minute drive to get to the winery but I volunteered to drive there. I asked to buy a gift card and was told that they were in between systems and were not able to honour my request. I asked to sit outside to have a meal and asked to speak to the manager. I hoped to brainstorm with her to come up with a way for giving the winery money for our colleagues gift. Perhaps a letter or document could be an interim gift card? I was told that she was on a phone call. I said that I was willing to wait and asked for her to come to speak to me. No one ever came to the table. I asked again to speak to the manager as I was leaving and was informed that she had left for the day. I was given her business card. The next day, I phoned to speak to her and was informed that there was no manager on that day. I left my name and number and requested that she phone me. Two days have passed and I have received no phone call. Unfortunately, Meglomaniac did not lose a customer over this incident, they lost the group of 20 colleagues who had collaborated on this gift. How very unfortunate! I will visit any of the other wineries in the area but will not visit Meglomaniac again.
