Great beach, shame about the car park!

点评：The beach itself is great, along with the cafe, so its a shame to have our visit tainted because of the car park. We paid for an all day ticket while visiting on a busy weekend with friends & our kids - we thought our luck was in when we snagged the last spot in the car park! At the end of the day, we arrived back to a parking ticket, along with everyone else on our row for 'not parking correctly within the markings'. If we had all parked irresponsibly, I would totally expect such a fine but first of all, the markings were so poor we hadnt realised there were any and secondly, we had all dutifully parked in line with the anglian water van that was part of the roadworks being carried out within the car park. Turns out the work on site & van had eaten into 1 & a half spaces and every car along the row was doomed to be out the markings.
