点评:Talked with their customer service for more information about the park, we asked if we can book at the location instead of booking online, they said yes but didn’t inform us that the offline booking would be 1000 Rupees, the price at the website was 600 Rupees. When we called again to confront them the customer service was very rude and impolite. (The first time we called them they said the park was closed for the whole month(it wasn’t they lied). They have hidden charges at the parking, we politely asked if they could keep our helmet safe until we get back( they didn’t have enough change for the parking fees when we paid for that so they said they will pay us back when we leave) we asked them precisely because now at least they would remember to pay us back when we come for the helmet, after the awful experience we left without even visiting inside the park, forget paying back the change, they had the audacity to ask us for more money for keeping the DAMN HELMET!!. If u see 4 more of these reviews that’s because 4 more people experienced it with me.
