Owned and operated by Juan Carlos and his family, this is the only family-owned and locally owned rental company on the island. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they take tremendous pride in both their business and their community.
The location couldn't be more convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the airport. The online reservation process was smooth and straightforward, pricing was very fair, and the on-site check-in was quick and efficient.
What truly sets Carlos Jeep Rental apart is the customer service. Juan Carlos and his team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience on Culebra. They happily shared recommendations for beaches, snorkeling spots, and local restaurants that helped us make the most of our day.
One recommendation we are especially grateful for was Black Flamingo Coffee Roasters. It is an absolute must-visit! The coffee was outstanding, and the creative sandwiches were among the best meals we had on the island.
