Peninsula Lakes Golf Club的点评
点评：Have to say having played here a couple of years ago this place has gone downhill! I don't write reviews but I had to write this one!
First and foremost. Friday's are considered extensions of the weekend. Work crews should not be out in full force! There were work crews and equipment operating on 15 out of the 18 holes we played. They would not stop working while we were shooting. It was noisy, frustrating and certainly not a peaceful round of golf. Most of the workers were migrants of whom many were doing nothing other than sitting on their phones being a nuisance. Kind of inappropriate considering unemployment among CANADIANS is at all time highs.
The hilarious thing is for example they would be blowing off the fairway. There was NOTHING on the fairway to blow off. One guy was cutting an unused tee-off not taking down any grass. But they were making a lot of noise in the process.
The only intact nine holes (orchard) is now only 7 holes because they f'd up the greens on one and two. They had this 9 shut down for a whole season for reasons that are not evident by the outcome. A few extra bunkers and some new sand and revised tee-offs is all I noticed.
The front nine was in alright shape but nothing special. They moved things around and shortened up a couple of the nicest holes unfortunately.
This course in its current shape is hardly worth $100 per round. I understand they sell passes for like $150 and rack rate including tax is $400! Total rip off!
The only upside is because the course is largely empty now, our round was quick. 3 hours 15 minutes which is good because I could hardly wait to get out of there. People were also very friendly.
I played Glen Abbey the other day for $250 less than the Peninsula Lakes rack rate and didn't have any issues like this. A much more peaceful enjoyable experience.
I will never go back!

这个球场现在的状况，每轮几乎值100美元。我知道他们的通行证售价大概150美元，含税门市价是400美元！简直是坑！
唯一的好处是球场现在基本空无一人，所以我们打了一轮很快。3小时15分钟，这很好，因为我迫不及待地想离开那里。那里的人也非常友好。
前几天我在格伦修道院打球，比半岛湖的门市价低了250美元，没有遇到类似的问题。这是一次更加平静愉快的体验。
我永远不会回去！
