Very disappointing - Unfriendly staff, not worth the money !

点评：I had booked this spa months ago as a treat as we were having an exhausting 2 week schedule around Switzerland. Thought this would be a welcome relaxation period and treat for both my husband and I.
What a disappointment and expense !
Firstly, you pay to use the cable car to get there( I knew this beforehand ), The building is an ugly building with stark interior . We were greeted by unfriendly and curt reception staff. I have never had to pay for robes or towels when attending a spa previously. Once inside I had problems operating the wrist band locker - I eventually found a member of staff to assist - yet again unfriendly . I was aware that you were not allowed to take photos in the swimming area ( I understand this for privacy reasons) , however I wanted one photo of the view outside - I was stopped and very rudely told to get rid of my phone . We had intended to eat at the ‘ bistro ‘ however this consisted of few tables in reception , with a few sandwiches and quiches on display - In a glass display cabinet The male masseur was very pleasant - Polite and professional - however I did not expect to be in a room with another person with a curtain separating us . In the shower area there were no soaps or shampoos to use . I have attended many spas in my lifetime and this is definitely the worst due to its unfriendly staff and expense. Do not waste your money !
