Globus Tours - Day Tours的点评
点评：Rome and the Coliseum and Vatican were amazing! Florence and Venice were nice too, but this Tour did not live up to the expectations having previously done the UK Sampler with Globus. First, there were several transfer days we had to have our bags outside the hotel room at 6:30am! It made a rough day for the kids while on vacation. Second, the accommodates (esp in Venice and Florence) were oddly located, old, stiffy, and small. Felt, like Globus was trying to maximize profit by booking some obscure B&B places. Due to a plumbing leak we had to be moved in one and after doing so got bit by a spider while sleeping. There were other much nicer hotels in the area (we did check around) but they were a little more expensive. Finally, we were booked a water taxi in Venice at 3:30am for a 7am flight. Having gone through the small airport security in just tens mins, we were at our gate 2 hours in advance before any coffee or breakfast place was open. Rough way to start a 16 hr journey back home.
