点评：I’ve visited Ngeringa many times and it’s become one of my go-to spots in the Hills. The wines are consistently excellent—thoughtful, expressive, and clearly shaped by the land around them. The setting is stunning and I always feel welcome, relaxed and at ease there.
I’ve been to several Ngeringa events and the food–wine pairings have been exceptional without being showy—thoughtful flavours, generous hosting, and a relaxed, intimate feel that really sums up Adelaide Hills culture. On non-event days, the cellar-door tastings are unhurried and informative, which I really appreciate; you’re given space to taste and ask questions rather than being rushed through a flight.
If you’re after a place that does things with care and exudes quality without a pretentious feel, this is an easy recommendation.
