Nice but Expensive

点评：First impressions of the site very nice.... so we had a 3 nights stay booked however we couldn't make our first night ( our fault) but we were allowed to come on by 9am next morning. Staff on reception was fantastic explained all to us and gave us our fob for the gate loos etc. what a good idea.
The site is very peaceful and well kept. With lovely views of the marina The small bathrooms were lovely maybe could do with being a little warmer now it's cooling down . Our only gripe is the cafe/ bar this is beautiful overlooking the river but are very very overpriced 😫 especially on alcohol so we didn't use as 5 mins up the road there was a pub that was a lot cheaper. There was no washing up facilities?? We have never been on a site where we were unable to wash our pots. So for a site at £42 a night is pretty poor. ...although it is an Ideal spot for walking/ cycling as u can get to the outlet and into York on the trail And other areas . I don't think this site will be for us to come again.
