Fantastic Play Centre with Outstanding Staff

点评：We recently visited Monkey Bizness in Rochford and were really impressed with the whole place. The building is spacious, clean, and really well set up for kids of all ages. There are separate play areas for different age groups, a sensory room, and even a climbing wall – loads to keep the little ones entertained. Parking was super easy too, with lots of spaces right outside.
The café was also a nice surprise – good choice of food and drinks for both kids and adults, and everything we had was really tasty. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee and something to eat while still being able to keep an eye on the kids as they play.
Unfortunately, our visit was cut short when our child had a bit of an accident – they ran into a table and split their forehead open. As you can imagine, it was a bit of a panic. But honestly, the way the team handled it was incredible. A lovely lady called Lynsey was by our side within seconds. She was absolutely brilliant – so calm, kind, and reassuring. She gave our child first aid and did everything she could to comfort them. It was clear she genuinely cared, and she really helped turn a scary situation into something we could manage.
To top it all off, Lynsey even offered us a free return pass since we had to leave early. That small gesture meant a lot, and just shows how much they value their customers.
We’ll definitely be coming back – not just because our child didn’t get to finish playing, but because it’s clear this place is run by people who really care. Thank you again, especially to Lynsey – you're a star!
