Poor communication and unhelpfu staff

点评：A disappointing lunch out at the cafe today unfortunately.
Our main dissatisfaction was that one of our meals came from one kitchen and the other from a different kitchen. This culminated with both of us eating alone as the second meal arrived a while after the other was finished. At no point were we told this would happen until the first meal was actually ready.
I then had to eat my meal really quickly, when it finally arrived, as I don’t like eating alone so it was not enjoyed as it should have been if eaten together.
Also the lady who was served prior to me asked about water glasses and was told she would have to wait 15 minutes for fresh ones. She was not allowed to take some coffee glasses by the member of staff when she ask her for those instead.
We had thought that there was Pizza at the cafe unfortunately there was nothing to say that it was on today as no seperate signs and some of the menu board had space rubbed off, so it “appeared “ to not be on the menu today.
We had intended to have a pizza and salad so I felt that there was poor service and poor communication throughout,
leaving us feeling very disappointed with the whole process.
