A lovely park but not for us on this occasion
Warmwell Holiday Park Ski Slope的点评
点评：We were in lodge 237, a prestige lodge so the most expensive. Arrived Monday 23rd at 4pm as per the instructions. Our lodge hadn't been cleaned at all since the previous guests had left.
The cleaning team arrived within around 15 minutes and agreed to clean the lodge. The hot tub hadn't been emptied and refilled and was therefore unusable.
We went to reception to complain and they agreed to refund the nights stay which was fair. And the hot tub was dealt with so it was useable the next day.
After around 70 Minutes we were in.
Other grumbles were that
The "lake" we overlooked was thick brown in colour not as seen on the website
We were overlooked by the lodge opposite and I didn't feel especially comfortable about this. I know you have others around you but this one literally mirrored ours and was opposite in our eyeline.
The beds are VERY soft and ours bowed in the middle.
The sheet on the double isn't fitted and just came off
There are no basics other than toilet roll provided. No little handsoaps or a cloth on the kitchen. So be sure to bring those items with you.
The dishwasher door needs attention
We are leaving a night earlier than planned so we can get home for a good sleep! .its a really pretty park and could have been so much better for us if we had been placed in a different setting etc. I already knew there were no other lodges available as reception had told us.

我们比原计划提前一晚离开，这样就能回家好好睡一觉了！这个公园真的很漂亮，如果能安排我们住在其他类型的房间里，体验会好得多。前台告诉我们没有其他空房了，所以我早就知道了。
