A Toy Story 5 Disappointment

点评：On Saturday I brought my very excited 4 year to an early afternoon showing of Toy Story 5 (only the 2nd day after its’s release), upon entry we noticed front and centre in a glass container an advertisement for a Toy Story deal that contained a specialised popcorn bucket, flask and figurines for €30, an offer I thought worth treating my young boy to, to make his big day of seeing his favourite franchise even more memorable.
We had already bought tickets and food deals online so thought this would be straightforward to buy the additional package, to be greeted with a queue of around 15 people, 1 person attending the till trying to deal with the queue, whilst another 6-7 staff walked around trying to look busy, but actually not doing anything at all. I asked 3 of them walking past on different occasions for assistance to be told best get in the queue, to which I already was. By the time I got to the counter after around 20 minutes queing and almost missing the start of the film, I was told there was none of the toy story package offer left. I had to point out to the staff member on the till there was a toy story popcorn bucket from the offer behind him to which he just realised, and charged us something like €15 for it (just a part of the original package on offer)
All in all, a very poor experience, why advertise it so much when they dont have it after 1 day of the film showing, the staff were poorly organised and so unhelpful (I couldnt understand why somebody wasnt helping the 1 staff member dealing with the only queue of people in the cinema)
Overall the cinema is nice, and the movie was great fun (as Toy Story always is), but my young fella was still left disappointed he didnt get the special mementos clearly on offer, after a long, painful wait.

总而言之，体验非常糟糕。既然电影上映一天后就没货了，为什么还要大肆宣传呢？工作人员组织混乱，而且非常不热情（我不明白为什么只有一个工作人员在负责影院里唯一的一队人，却没有人去帮忙）。
总的来说，影院环境不错，电影也很好看（玩具总动员一如既往地精彩），但我儿子在经历了漫长而痛苦的等待后，仍然因为没能拿到宣传中明确提供的纪念品而感到失望。
