点评：Disappointing service. This is advertised as a family friendly environment where lots of parents bring their children and mums come with their babies. But they made it pretty clear (with a big bold sign on the counter they would not provide hot water to anyone) I.e. so mums could heat up babies bottles or mix a meal for an older child. Other cafes have facilities I.e. bottle warmer, or a small microwave for mums to heat up food. Simple things that would make life easier when taking your family out to a FAMILY FRIENDLY environment.
Myself, I just wanted a teapot of boiling water or a cup of hot water to add my special brew tea bag to. No the manager wouldn’t do that under no circumstances but, he said he would take my tea bag and pop it in a cup of boiling hot water (with out milk) and charge me a £1 for that. So he was happy to provide the boiling hot water which was against his policy and charge me. I think he was making up his own rules when it suited him. Not a nice man at all and he lets the whole place down.
