Santa visit/ Not worth the money at all

点评：Disappointing Santa visit. 35 per adult and 25 per child and we thought it would be a nice dinner experience with Santa. Booked for 7 people. Emailed in advance we needed 2 vegan meals and had 4 veggi kids. Arrived and they had a table for 5 in main area for us. Asked for table for 6( 7th person didn’t come) . They moved us to an area above the main eating area which meant we were viewing ms clause from the back the whole time and the kids weren’t happy as they felt very separate. Had to queue canteen style for 15 minutes. Felt sorry for the people with younger kids. When got to the top, they said there was a veggi curry- no kids option otherwise ( meat options were a curry or lasagna and for kids there were sausages or nuggets and chips). Kids ended up with garlic bread and chips. Our curry had just peppers and other veg. See pictures below. No beans etc. so all starving after! Told supervisor who was rude and just referred to the one choice like the kids should take it ( didn’t take on how they could just have bag of frozen veggi nuggets in freezer). Clearly they are aware kids don’t want curry always and had two kids options for other kids. I’d understand if this was last minute but we emailed twice and spoke to them on the phone before. No starter. No adult dessert. Drinks for kids only. Kids got a gingerbread man and hot chocolate after and a small pressie from Santa for this for this price .
Santa finally arrived ( whole thing ran late) and sat at each table for a few minutes which was nice. Elsa arrived which ours had no interest in but she was pleasant. A elf on the shelve arrived as they started to bring smaller kids to Santa first. He was def the highlight of whole thing and saved night from being completely waste. Interacted with all the younger kids and ran around for the whole time. They finally called us for Santa and had to wait again ( don’t know why they didn’t call families one at a time). The two reindeer were near there so least could look at them. Short time with Santa as he looked for presents and gave them and a photo and was over.
Have feedback by email re the food and they said first we hadn’t told them we were veggi ( so I replied with name of the worker we had been emailing before it who did know and anyway the canteen people were not surprised when we asked for veggi, they had the option there ready). Then I got a second email which said no one has complained before about the veggi options and they would take on suggestions re this and not sitting people behind the entertainment. I wouldn’t risk wasting money on this again- there are much better experiences for this kind of money. They should either reduce the price or make the meal more memorable and ensure all people get an equal experience ( in terms of both the food and where people are put to take part).

圣诞老人终于来了（整个活动都迟到了），在每张桌子旁坐了几分钟，这很好。艾尔莎来了，我们的孩子对她不感兴趣，但她很愉快。当他们开始先把小孩子带到圣诞老人面前时，架子上的一个小精灵来了。他绝对是整个活动的亮点，让夜晚没有被完全浪费。与所有年幼的孩子互动，全程跑来跑去。他们终于叫我们去见圣诞老人，但又不得不等了一会儿（不知道他们为什么不一次叫一个家庭）。两只驯鹿就在附近，所以至少可以看看它们。我们和圣诞老人待了一小会儿，他寻找礼物，给他们一张照片，然后就结束了。
