Overpriced shop with rude staff, don't bother. Go to the friendly cheese shop instead!

点评：Visited today and to say I was very disappointed is an understatement. I would rate it as zero if that was an option.
I had already decided to purchase some EDT for my other half on my way out, but wanted to look at the shower gels first. I unscrewed the lid to have a sniff. Suddenly, a member of staff, a dark haired woman in black clothing, told me loudly and rudely that I could only touch the hand and shower gels at the sink. I replied that I just wanted to smell it and she replied disrespectfully with "Well other customers will now have to touch that!"
Their loss, I made no expensive purchase and walked out.
Firstly, this woman needs some serious training on how to speak to customers. She could have politely told me, with a smile, to visit the sink area where I was welcome to try any product. For a touristy shop, I was horrified and shocked at how I was spoken to. You clearly don't care about sales.
Secondly, your products are underwhelming and very expensive. I would rather buy from Molton Brown or L'occitane; their staff know how to treat customers.
Thirdly, it may be an idea to have some pleasant, well-trained staff wondering around the shop, asking customers if they'd like any information on the products or require any help?
