Poor quality bikes but good enough

点评：Booking online was quick and easy. We booked for 3 days. Lots of different options for kids. My 8 year old was able to ride her own bike and I had my 5 year old on a tag along, which she thought was great fun. I had emailed twice before booking enquiring whether they carry stabilizers with no response. A phone call instead quickly answered my query, which was no stabilizers.
The bikes were in poor condition and the gears on my bike didn’t work properly. They did allow us to switch my husbands bike with no hassle to one I could also use to allow us to take turns with the tag along. The gears on this bike also didn’t work properly.
It would have been nice to have some assistance with choosing bikes and helmets upon arrival in regards to size and purpose etc.
There are other bike rental shops on the island. I do wonder how they compare in terms of quality and value.
We had a great time cycling the island. It was hard work on manual bikes but we all loved it.
