点评：Don’t do it, just don’t. I bought the whole experience because of the rafting. The day before, it started to rain heavily, so I messaged them asking if it would be canceled. From my amateur perspective, that rain would make rafting impossible. They answered me that it would not be canceled.
In the morning, it was still raining, and they said again that it would not be canceled. However, upon arriving there, they informed me that the rafting would be canceled due to the weather. What a surprise, huh? I messaged the WhatsApp contact, and I was ghosted.
This left me with no choice to go back to the hotel, as it was 2.5 hours away. It was still heavily raining, and they were charging an additional 10 euros to provide us with rain protection. They replaced the rafting with a car ride followed by a quad ride.
I felt scammed. They could have canceled the activity earlier, which would have been completely understandable given the weather conditions. It was a waste of time, a waste of money, and left me with the feeling of being fooled.
I asked for 50% refund, it was deneid.
