Outer Barks is a life saver
Outer Barks的点评
点评：Robin and her husband are true animal lovers. They spend time with each client and beloved pet and ask questions about your fur baby and make you feel like they are truly interested and care. Their homemade treats are wholesome and actually good for your pet. Satisfyingly crunchy and healthy.
What I really wanted to comment on is their concern and commitment to our furry friends. After stopping in and having the requisite conversation and picture taking, we returned to our car to find our puppy’s favorite toy missing. (If any of you have ever seen “Best in Show”, think a missing Busy Bee. After frantically looking for his toy, horror descended upon us when we realized he had probably eaten it. I quickly returned to Outer Barks and was greeted with grave concern and they referred me to a wonderful Urgent Care facility where he was treated and returned to us sans ingested chew toy and with a mild scolding for allowing him to chew unsupervised. Had we not been at Outer Barks minutes before, and had they not been dedicated to the care of all creatures great and small, we may have had a different and likely sad outcome.
This is a place that deserves our support and patronage. They are a business for sure. And I am sure that there may be times where they seem to fall short. However, that is human and not a flaw, but a feature. How else would we be able to improve if we weren’t falling short sometimes. Their genuine love for their craft and customers is what makes Outer Barks worth the trip. I have never had a bad experience with Outer Barks and will continue to visit when we are in the area. They are actually a big reason we are ever in the area. Thank you Outer Barks! We appreciate you and wish you all the best in business and in your personal lives!
