点评:We booked this lounge so we could have a nice breakfast and a relax before our dinner time flight to America . It was booked through Amex not direct with them . On arrival was told we couldn’t enter yet as was fully booked up and no room , we took a look inside and there was about 8 people , this was questioned and told 40 people were coming soon and we would have to wait up to a hour , we were booked in for the time we arrived and were made to feel like second class by the receptionist Fiona who was anything but professional and clearly shouldn’t have been in a customer facing job, after we went back and told them numerous times we were reluctantly let in , only to be told we would be asked to leave as soon as the 40 people arrived , so instead of a lovely relaxed breakfast we felt rushed and on edge waiting for our eviction , we left early and the large group never came whilst we were there our complaint to the company also was ignored and we won’t be using them again !
