Terrible and obnoxious front desk staff, but at least you don't miss much

点评:Where to start. Staff are rude, in the extreme. Tried to get in with priority pass, was rudely told by a guy that it was business only for "a bit", despite the lounge clearly being empty and a sign stating anyone was welcome. Reading other reviews it seems this is not unique. When I asked why, and why there was no sign or anything indicating this (since it was clearly rubbish and also since his accent was so strong I had trouble understanding), he pushed me away, said "I am the sign, now go away (in worse language)". Maybe you might want to consider hiring people with a vague command of manners. And customer service. Then again, seeing that MAG advertises positions like these below the legal minimum wage, I guess explains a bit.
In any case I had only wanted a seat and water - don't touch the food, got food poisoning there last time!
The only good thing is it's a good reminder of why you're leaving Manchester, I guess...?
