点评:A disgrace and should be shut down.
I visited this lounge on 2nd February, as I awaited my 20.45 Ryanair flight.
On checking into the lounge at 6.10pm , I was met by a startled front desk person, who informed me that I had 20 minutes to eat and by 7pm I would need to leave.!
On entering , I looked at the food offering and it appeared as if it has been there all day, sandwiches were uncovered and generally all food was uncovered. I chose a slice of cheese and crackers and then entered rent-to kill personnel. They started to discuss with the staff, the fact the place was over run with mice and when I informed them that I was leaving immediately and that they should not be offering food, they lied to me stating, that it had been sometime ago mice were seen !!! Couldn't believe my ears and if that was the case, why would they leave it until now to engage such people,,,,and continue to serve food. I then was informed by a further member of staff, there was issue and she agreed with me that food should not be served. As I was leaving a further member of staff informed me ,,,it was okay as he only " saw one " mouse
Absolute disgrace to have such a place open to the public in which staff prefer to lie to customers ,,,,,it is obvious , they are untrained, so out of their depth they are unaware and have no clue.
In my 30++ years of travel I have never been so disgusted with the attitude of staff and basic condition of what is supposed to be a business class lounge and note I have traveled and lived in India, Far east and Middle East and we in the West have the audacity to refer to such countries as " third " world,,,,Manchester for sure ranks well below any of these as they are well within a 1st world categorisation and Manchester Airport should be ashamed of themselves

这样的场所竟然向公众开放,工作人员还宁愿对顾客撒谎,真是令人愤慨。很明显,他们未经培训,能力不足,对情况一无所知。
在我三十多年的旅行经历中,我从未对这家本应是商务舱休息室的工作人员态度和基本设施如此失望过。值得一提的是,我曾在印度、远东和中东旅行和生活过,而我们西方人竟然有脸把这些国家称为“第三世界”。曼彻斯特的水平肯定远低于这些国家,它完全属于第一世界国家之列,曼彻斯特机场应该感到羞耻。
