Misled about allowing the dogs inside on a cold day

点评：We were visiting the area from out of state and when we realized the weather was not going to be great we emailed some places that were listed as dog friendly to ensure that the dogs could be taken inside the tasting room.
I had emailed Jason's Vineyard and was told that yes, they could be in the tasting room.
However, when at the winery on Sunday we were told after we had already set up at a table and ordered and paid for our flights that we had to take the dogs out on the covered patio (where there is open air and no heat). The woman did not care that I had an email stating we could have the dogs inside.
We are very respectful of policies and understand that not everywhere will be dog friendly, and especially inside, which is why we did our research. We had no issues at any of the other locations I reached out to.
We had planned on staying there and enjoying a bottle or two, but promptly left after our tasting. The wines were just ok, but our opinion may have been skewed by our frustration and cold.
We could have easily adjusted and gone Saturday when we could leave the dogs at the hotel if they had been honest about their policy.
(the dogs are very well behaved, well trained, dog and child friendly, and always leashed)
