FINALLY warm water!
Melmerby Beach Provincial Park的点评
点评：Great beach where the water is warm enough to enjoy for hours! It’s a shallow beach, so great for littles.
There are enough waves that my kiddos spent hours jumping waves; we also were able to use our body boards.
Today, it was almost lake water warm. Beautiful, huge beach with lifeguards, tons of parking, change rooms, toilets, and a washing station.
Recommendations:
1.) bring shade. There isn’t any on the beach.
2.) use the washrooms and change rooms before 5:30. Even though the park & its amenities state they are open until 6, I had the cleaner try to kick me out of the change rooms at 5:30 and watched him tell a 10 year old boy (at 5:37) that the washrooms were closed (he had locked all the change rooms and washrooms)
Negatives
-not much for shell collectors to find, but I suspect rock collectors would love this spot.
