A wonderful family holiday with the most amazing tour leaders Mat and Vera

点评：There is too much to say in one review and so here are some tasters:
- Our first full day involved a short hike (~10km) and swimming in pools of the clearest blue water we have ever seen, which our children loved jumping into many times, after which we had a lovely laid back picnic.
- After canyoning, white water rafting, kayaking and staying at the most amazing Camp Grab with views over the Tara River, we had a brilliant scenic drive to the mountains. The phrase “Scenic drive” doesn’t do it justice - it was honestly breathtaking.
- We swam across the Black Lake, while our children (one nearly 12 and the other 14.5) played ‘water piggy in the middle with one of our tour leaders’.
- The food…healthy, hearty and fresh…we loved it.
But, without doubt, our leaders Mat and Vera were responsible for making this holiday ‘exceptional’. They were knowledgeable and passionate about their home, and made us feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. But we really felt that their care for us and our children went beyond simply doing their job / being professional, and we are truly grateful to them and miss them already!
A holiday we’ll remember forever! Do it!
