点评：We recently visited Gobindgarh Fort with our family, purchasing the full package that included a buggy tour. Our guide, Bikram, unfortunately made the experience both unpleasant and unsafe. He constantly rushed us through activities, showed visible impatience, and drove the buggy at a dangerously high speed, which scared our children and prevented us from enjoying the surroundings.
The most alarming moment came when Bikram accelerated the buggy while my 9-year-old son was still getting off, causing him to fall and suffer bruises. Bikram offered no apology or concern. This behavior was not only unprofessional but downright careless, putting our family’s safety at risk. I urge management to take action to ensure future visitors don’t experience the same. Please avoid this guide for a safer and more enjoyable visit.
