点评：We decided to organize a bachelorette for my best friend and have a fun girls weekend. 2 weeks prior I had ordered a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to the room upon check in. When we were at the reception I specifically asked if everything is set up and they confirmed that it is. When we entered the room there was no wine nor flowers. I had to go two times to the reception to check what is happening and of course they had forgotten. I waited 40min for a bottle of wine which was not even opened, they had one wine opener for the entire complex. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The spa area was flooded with screaming children so if you would like to go and relax you wouldn’t be able to. In my opinion the spa area has to be quiet and peaceful so people can rest but the parents apparently do not think so. I believe it’s up to the hotel to set the boundaries.
At the end they asked us to pay for the parking upon leaving because at the reception they did not scan the parking ticket. Also we paid upon check in and they asked us to pay again a different sum.
The property is beautiful but the staff is a disaster and the rooms need refurbishing.
