点评：Due to hot weather, my family leaned on visiting the aquarium over the nearby zoo. For most the visit we were the only visitors and only saw one employee at the front desk…wish I would’ve snuck in my fishing pole😉. The 6th grader I was with enjoyed the tunnel to crawl through the most. She pointed out the dirty water in the wading pool in the aviary over the like 5 birds present. I noted several exhibits needing some attention for they were broke or illegible. We found a beaded lizard in the gift shop, which we weren’t sure if it was for sale or became a new Flint river resident. A smaller town river aquarium can’t compete with the fame of the Mississippi, Colorado, Ohio, or even Suwannee rivers. But by staying focused on the unique ecology of your river, the surrounding people, and maintaining quality exhibits, one should stay alive in Albany, GA. I’m glad you were there as a resource for interpreting the importance of freshwater ecology, but am concerned about your quality of zoo keeping and Flint river ecological advancement.
